These Terms govern all services provided by Elevated Authority Elevated.

By purchasing services, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Elevated Authority Elevated provides authority and revenue risk audits, consulting diagnostics and optional system implementation services.

All services are informational and advisory in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Financial Results

While we identify revenue exposure and operational risks, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Implementation results depend on client execution and external factors.

3. Payment Terms

All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund eligibility applies only to the Elevated Authority Elevated Audit tier and only if no meaningful revenue exposure is identified.

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of report delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Maintain access to relevant systems if implementation is purchased

Use deliverables in compliance with applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, frameworks and materials remain the intellectual property of Elevated Authority Elevated.

Clients receive a non-transferable license for internal business use only.

Resale, distribution or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Authority Elevated shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Venue for any dispute shall be in Hillsborough County, Florida.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications.
